For more information or to request a private consultation for yourself or for your patient, please contact me via my relevant P.A at the Hospital you or your patient wish to be seen at.
If convenient, please use the appropriate referral proforma provided and you will be sent an appointment at a time convenient for you.
Patients please note that I would encourage you to see your General Practitioner prior to booking a consultation with me, and to request a referral letter. This is mandatory for those patients with insurance cover.
